Crashes every time after two minutes. It was fine until the last update. Useless and dangerous. I have deleted it and uploaded numerous times with no Sucess. iPhone 7.

Garbage. I'm on an iPhone 6+ w 128GB. Been using Garmin for years. Ever since IOS 2.1 app crashes CONSTANTLY. 7-8 times in the course of a 20 minute drive or MORE. Renders app worse than useless - it's DANGEROUS to rely on it. In NYC you can't be resetting every 30 seconds as you drive! We paid $50 and there's not been ONE WORD from Garmin: no updates, notices, no help no nothin. Since Garmin won't help out: Anyone come up with any workarounds for this nightmare?

After the update the app stopped working. An update should be to improve the app not to make it worse!

Best navigation app in the market. Premium.

It used to be a great app, but suddenly stop launching. No more than garbage now.

Landscape view has screen orientation problem...

It is time - long time ago - to make version which will use City Navigator NT maps. And it should be possible to make in app purchasing of the map, voices and other. Can we wait for something like that, or have migrate to another navigation apps? Please. Could You give an answer?

Please someone help me! I cant download it but i already payed

The interface is excellent, maps are good but you are limited to the region you choose and cannot buy separate maps as for real Garmins. Moreover, not all regions are available and the app has a couple of bugs. And its too expensive.. But still very good.

As others have experienced, the update just crashes when opened. Reinstalled with the same results. iOS 10 on iPhone 7plus.

I have been using Garmin products since 1994. Started with the XL 45 a hand held unit that did not include maps it had to be connected to a computer to display a track or waypoints. Right now I can navigate better with that 21 year old GPS. This app needs to be fixed and quick I will lose over 300 waypoints if I delete and reinstall.

Since upgrading, like all other recent reviews this Garmin App is useless. When executed, it kicks out to home screen. I see a few offered workarounds to get working but Im not inclined to waste my time when I can just move on to Google maps and Wave. Its a shame, I used to be a Garmin advocate, but no longer.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Latest version just crashes. Ive restarted my phone and the app still crashes. I really dont want to reinstall. :-(

I had a good run with them. Lately Ive been favoring waze. I updated yesterday and now the app doesnt work at all. Not exactly what you want from an app you count on. Needs a lot of memory for its map and stuff so it takes a long time to get ready. Considering theyve released a broken version and dont seem to be fixing it- I recommend avoiding this app. Waze is free and works very well. I tried the suggestion of f deleting and downloading the maps again. It did not work! Use Waze! Garmin is bunk!

Just as many other users have experienced. The latest update on 10/29/16 makes the app completely useless. It crashes on launch every time.

I have over $100 invested in this app and the new update is poor working and a shady experience. With people paying this much for an app is stupid ridiculous to have numerous problems. What a joke Garmin, maybe time to listen to my friends and use other navi apps and forget about Garmin and its antics. 1. Went through the update and app would not launch afterwards. I had to delete the app and download it again. After deleting and downloading I lost all of my settings and had to redownload my extras. 2. Downloading the extras was extremely unreliable and took try after try after try to get them all downloaded. If I closed the app I had to start the downloads all over again. Also it would say 417mb for an extra but would end up downloading 500+ mb. 3. Extra vehicle icons do not work now. So I have to use one of the 5 that they have loaded. 4. App sometimes still closes and shuts down when using app. 5. Too much money for a poor running app, I wouldnt recommend anyone download.

Since the most recent update, the app wont stay loaded or even load to begin with. Please fix ASAP

Ive been using this app for several months now, its mostly accurate. Some courtesy map updates would be nice. My biggest pet peeve is finding an address in a different state is next to impossible. With any normal garmin, the ability to select the state you want is very easy and comes up before you input the address. Not logical or easy to do in the app. Otherwise its been a "worth-it" purchase from my use, just make sure you have lots of data and maybe a charger. Update: "Set Home" function is broken. Home address doesnt save. Please push out a fix for this functionality!
